AmSteam was recommended to us by family members and were very reasonably priced. The technician, Darren was very knowledgeable and arrived on time.
A few days later we found that there was still a considerable amount of pet hair in the carpet. We contacted AmSteam who were very professional and accommodating and told us that the website should not have actually stated removal of pet hair. AmSteam was happy to send out the technician again who did a thorough vacuuming.
All in all the service was great, just the website was wrong.
I would recommend AmSteam for future carpet cleaning.

Great Service!! Darren came out and provided a fair and accurate estimate. Mikhail came out and completed the carpet cleaning at my business and was able to get out the stains and dried paint from when we completed our renovation when other carpet cleaning companies didn't even try. Carpet looks amazing and I would definently recommend AmSteam to others and I will be a repeat customer.

Great service. I'm a busy business owner and my appointment was booked quickly and Darren came at the time indicated. He was understanding when I was delayed in getting back to my office. Especially impressive was that he didn't bill based on my sq. footage estimate. He actually measured all the rooms he did and reduced my bill. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with AmSteam was great. They were very courteous and professional, worked very quickly and did an amazing job cleaning the stubborn tracked in dirt. Darren did a great job caring for my house and made sure to remind me that the transition from Clem carpet to her flooring oils be slippery and to exercise caution.

Darren was at our home Friday to do the furniture on Friday and to take our area rugs out to clean. He came back today to clean the carpets. What a stellar job! Clearly, Darren takes pride in his work. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, personable and most definitely trustworthy. We had paid a pretty penny for our white (yes, white) oversized fabric couch and I was worried about who to get to clean it after the grandchildren visit this past holiday.
