With a passion for literature and reading, Scott initially began his educational journey by majoring in English with the intention of earning a Bachelor of Education, but he felt a desire to travel so he left his studies to explore the world. Through his travels, Scott lived in New Zealand, Australia, and Vanuatu and visited Nicaragua, Peru, Chile, Honduras, Taiwan, Malaysia, Hawaii, and Mexico City.
It was Scott’s enthusiasm for adventure that led him to find his passion for construction. Back from his travels, Scott worked for Graham Construction as an intern before receiving his Journeyman ticket and working with one of Edmonton’s top home builders, Habitat Studio. As carpenter by trade, Scott knows the technical aspects of construction in both commercial and residential sectors. He started his career in construction building bridges and commercial buildings, later working on residential projects and now owning his own business.
Scott loves working with entrepreneurs and business owners to build spaces that represent their vision for their company. His goal is to constantly push the envelope of construction and design with intention, humility and excellence. Today you can find his creative projects brightening spaces throughout Calgary and Edmonton.

As a passionate ideas guy, Matt Aubin is an authentically driven creative entrepreneur. Focused on making an impact in the world through various ventures. Matt is a Partner in North Elm, the CEO & Founder of KEEN Creative, KEEN Group, Blakhausens, as well as a Partner in The HookCups.
Matt is passionate about helping others succeed and do great things. With a community-minded approach, he has served on several boards throughout his career, is a current Mentor in the PLLC Program at the University of Alberta, and is a long-standing board member and President for EO Edmonton, working to educate, grow, and inspire other entrepreneurs.
With a background in marketing, product development, and photography, Matt started his entrepreneurial journey in 2003 as a solo photographer. Since then, he’s grown his businesses to become thriving, national award-winning companies with diversely skilled and dedicated teams.
