Selling my property through Carolyn was efficient and effective. A potential buyer contacted her as soon as the sign went up. She met with the potential buyer and we had an offer within 48 hrs. As I was out of town at the time and was only available in the evenings - she faxed the offer documents to my hotel late at night to ensure we met the offer deadline and the deal went through without a hitch. Her dedication is exemplary and Carolyn is great to work with.
