Our Beliefs
HOLY SCRIPTURES All Scripture is given by inspiration of God1 by which we understand the whole Bible to be inspired in the sense that holy men of God were moved by the Holy Spirit to write the very words of Scripture. Divine inspiration extends equally and fully to all parts of the original writings. Mayerthorpe and Surrounding Areas
Pastor Arnie has served Mayerthorpe Pentecostal Assembly (MPA) as Senior Leader since August 1991. Our children were raised in this church, and now some of grandchildren are being raised here. Along with being the senior Leader of MPA, Pastor Arnie serves on various committees in the Town of Mayerthorpe.
Pastor Ruth has years of experience leading worship in the church and other settings. She is available for counselling or prayer ministry. Her work at Extendicare Mayerthorpe, and Axiliary as well as volunteering with the Legion gives her many opportunities to minister outside of the church as well.
