Aspen Healthcare is owned by a locally private corporation, Aspen Home Healthcare Products Ltd. and has been in the home healthcare business since 1986 and acquired Homecare & Surgical on Whyte, which operated for more than 34 years, in 1992. We expanded to include our Kingsway location in 1996.
Throughout the years we have always realized that providing service was what we were about and the sale of products was only to support this service in providing quality healthcare.
At Aspen Healthcare our goal is to build long standing relationships with our customers through superior service and knowledgeable responsive staff.
Given that our objective is to provide the best service possible we place great emphasis on maintaining a stable well trained staff that enjoys assisting our customers.
With over 20 employees at our locations we have manufacturer trained staff who are certified to fit mastectomy and compression products as well as ostomy products and to build and maintain manual and power wheelchairs and scooters. Each store manager has been with us between 10 and 20 years and many of the staff have been with us for over 10 years.
Over the years many of our customers have commented about the high quality of customer service they receive, the helpfulness of the staff, and the after sales service they receive. This is something we are very proud of.
