The aftercare analyst was compassionate and made us feel comfortable. It was extremely helpful to learn about what needed to be done and having help cancelling accounts and such. Serenity provides a fantastic service when you are at the most vulnerable time of you life. No upsell, no pressure to sign, just compassion and options as how the hardest decisions are to be made. I dealt with a large chain in Edmonton (I will not name….CM) and was so disgusted by the upsell pressure and pressure to spend money as a way to “honor” the love one lost. Please give these people a chance as we have had the misfortune to have to call on their services twice in too short a period and both times I cant stress enough the service they provide is top class and a blessing in hard times.
