Wilson immigrated to Canada from Hong Kong with his parents in the 1990s. Back then, his parents would bring him to visit open houses regularly, which allowed him to develop a lifelong passion for real estate. He understands the frustrations of new immigrants who need to buy real estate but are not familiar with the process. That's why he started a YouTube channel for Cantonese-speaking new immigrants to learn about greater Vancouver real estate. In 2018, he published a book on Amazon teaching people how to read strata documents.
