Founding lawyer Marie-Louise Fast has over 35 years of experience in all of these fields. Together with our capable, dedicated staff, we counsel clients with skill and sensitivity. Our team extends beyond the firm through close working relationships with professionals in related fields — real estate agents, accountants and business valuators.
- Our office is centrally located in Burnaby, BC near the Highway 1 Kensington/Canada Way Interchange.
- We are situated at Suite 480-6400 Roberts Street in the 4 storey Sperling Plaza I building just off Canada Way, on the south side of Highway 1.
- Free parking is available in the adjacent Burnaby Winter Club parking lot located at 4990 Canada Way, Burnaby.
- There is a path leading from the parking lot to our office building.

Marie-Louise Fast has spent her life in the Vancouver area, and understands first-hand the dynamic growth and transformation the region has experienced. She is deeply committed to serving the legal needs of clients in the region, something she’s done for more than 35 years.
In 1988, Marie-Louise founded Fast & Company in Richmond BC and has dedicated her career to ensuring clients receive the best possible expertise, service and outcomes to their legal situations. She is committed to providing efficient, comprehensive services to individuals, families, and businesses and protecting them from legal liability and risk. Her practice areas are primarily focused on probate and estate administration, business and real estate law matters.

Her personal passion and drive for safe, affordable housing solutions is reflected in her 25-plus year volunteer commitment as a past chair and current board member of More Than a Roof Housing Society (‘MTR’). She is also a long-term board member of the Mennonite Intermediate Care Home Society of Richmond (Pinegrove Place).
Marie-Louise enjoys sharing her abiding love of music and hospitality. As an accomplished cellist and vocalist, she performs with orchestras and in various choirs whenever possible. She and her husband also own and operate an award-winning bed & breakfast in a beautifully restored heritage home.
