Highly recommend this store over any of the big box locations. This store offers you highly knowledgeable staff who actually want to have a conversation with you and take the time to explain their products. It’s small businesses like these ones that remind you about what a brick and mortar shopping experience should be. We also had an issue with mounting our new TV to the wall mount. Atlas sent over one of their tech support staff within a couple of days and resolved the issue immediately. Overall, excellent customer service, fantastic products, and a better shopping experience. I needed a new TV and had browsed what was available at the 'big box' stores but had some concerns. I then decided to google local video stores and struck gold when I found Atlas. I knew the make and model that I wanted and the Atlas price matched the competition. So, I phoned on a Saturday and spoke to Rick. They had the one I wanted in stock and by the next Saturday it was delivered (free) and set up! Easy peasy! Rick was very responsive and helpful in arranging the sale and delivery and the technician - Dane - was knowledgeable and patient as he talked me through the ins and outs of the TV... A big plus now is the peace of mind I have in knowing that I have real, professional, competent and accessible people that I can turn to if I have any problems. We have used Atlas Audio Video in the past - it is local and the service is always good. What stood out this time was our installer - Dane. I cannot say enough good things about him.
