Mike Shivji – Owner / Director

With a background in carpentry, roofing, flooring and other home improvement work, Mike entered the electrical trade in 2009 because of the limitless opportunities he saw to grow his skill set. Mike spent years working in both commercial and residential electrical and obtained his Journeyman ticket in 2014. He later moved on to start Citadel Electrical Systems in November 2015. Mike is very intuitive when dealing with people. He can walk you through each step of your project, while clarifying every option to help you make decisions that you feel at peace about. Customers appreciate his ability to think outside the box and come up with creative and cost saving ideas. They also appreciate his urgency and attention to detail.

Phi Hoang Do – Owner / Operator

Having worked in the electrical trade since 2007, Phi has had a very colorful career wiring some of Victoria’s most intricate custom houses. His strong knowledge base comes from years of full time service work as well as time spent working as a foreman and project manager. Examples of past projects Phi has done include condo buildings, multi-family housing projects, restaurants, commercial jobs medical grade work such as dental and cancer clinics. Phi has a very utilitarian approach to electrical. People have an easier time staying organized and on budget when he is a part of their project. His years of experience and work ethic that is second to none, make it very easy for him to offer simple solutions to complex problems
