SERVICE AREAS
Chatham- Kent and surrounding areas
Al Baker is the NeighbourLink Network Coordinator. He has come to NeighbourLink with the many different community connections he made while working at UCB Canada, the Christian radio station in Chatham. He came here following the Lord's leading to get involved in a Christian life skills ministry.
Al was born and raised in Ottawa and after a 25 year stint in Belleville, he moved his family to Chatham-Kent in December 2007. He and his wife Rosanne have three grown children but no grandkids - yet.
Andrew Hawkins is the Coordinator of our Wraparound program. His background is in church ministry where he was a pastor for 27 years. Andrew’s first ministry experience was that of pioneering a mission church in Hamilton. Because of Wraparound’s long track record of success, he is excited to be working once again with vulnerable families.
In 2008 Andrew authored Whispers that Delight: Building a Listening-Centered Prayer Life, a book that won a Canadian Christian Writer’s Award. He has been happily married to Sue for 40 years. They have three married daughters and nine grandchildren. Andrew loves to garden and anything to do with techie toys.
