I am a bilingual Independent Mortgage Professional, a Certified Financial Coach, Owner/Founder of Beyond Mortgage Strategies (previously Columbia Financial Strategies) and a public speaker in the area of finance. I began my financial career in community development managing large budgets for various not for profit organizations some 20 years ago. I soon added to my Business Accounting Diploma, a Life Insurance Licence, a Financial Coach Certification as well as a Mortgage Professional Licence. I discovered a gap existed between client’s needs and what was being offered in the financial world. Whether it was guidance or life insurance, all was a distant second to the business plan I had written in college.
