I am a registered psychotherapist with a strong belief in restoration of human dignity and purpose; striving with my clients to restore hope to their lives. I use empathy, validation, active listening and genuine compassion to develop a collaborative therapeutic relationship in a non-judgemental environment.

I earnestly believe that everybody is entitled to dignity and self-respect, and I make it my aim to support all my clients through all the obstacles and hardships they encounter, so that together we can make positive changes that lead to healing, growth, empowerment and a renewed sense of self.
