Before working with Michael, we were concerned that as first time home buyers we would feel pressured to buy a house outside of our budget. However, we felt immediately comfortable with Michael. He wanted to know our budget and our must-haves in a home our first meeting and he only showed us houses within our price range while learning about our likes and dislikes and showing us great options.

As first time home buyers, Michael was extremely informative every step of the way. He helped us understand all the legal jargon. He also let us know what we needed to communicate to the bank and our lawyer, it was an excellent experience. Also, Michael has a great network of contacts that were all recommended by past clients. We found our lawyer and inspector through him, which was very helpful as first time home buyers.

My husband and I highly recommend hiring Michael as a realtor. He was prompt to respond to all our questions, he was always accessible when we were dealing with the tight real estate deadlines. He knows so much about Ottawa’s real estate market and we were so lucky to be able to learn so much. All and all he made the experience buying our first home so smooth. We are in our dream home now and couldn't be happier!
