Propelled into law by an ingrained passion to fight for a valued cause, Joseph immersed into Personal Injury early on in his career. Recognized for his compassionate and approachable character, Joseph adopts a personalized method towards every client’s case undertaken. His unique talent to communicate with and understand his clients and their needs helps him achieve the most favourable results using the most efficient means.
Having first attained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business at York University, Joseph went on to complete his legal studies at the Osgoode Hall Law School. His thorough knowledge of both law and business allows him to implement a well-rounded approach to the professional advancement of Zayouna Law Firm.
Following his call to the Bar, Joseph worked primarily in the area of personal injury law at a distinguished Toronto-based law firm. Advocating for thousands of victims and boasting an abundant history of successful wins and settlements spanning a decade, Joseph’s key focus is speaking out for individuals who have been injured and denied compensation. With a practice devoted to all areas of personal injury, Joseph commands a meticulous knowledge of all relevant Automobile Legislations, providing trusted experience for all aspects of civil litigation and dispute resolution.
When he is not working around the clock to advance a client’s claim, Joseph devotes what free time he has left to his family. An avid golfer, Joseph enjoys practicing his backswing and admiring the scenery at one of the several beautiful golf courses in the Greater Toronto Area.
