“Rob was quick to respond to our request for a quote and was always quick to return any call when we had to leave a message. He visited our home and went up on the roof to do a thorough assessment (not all the others we contacted did) and provided us with a detailed quote to remove 2 layers of old shingles and put down new. He explained the options and their cost and the process, as well as answering all of our questions. After receiving several other competitors quotes we selected Norris Roofing. They arrived on the designated day and quickly began work, setting out tarps and plywood sheeting as needed to protect gardens, etc. and catch debris. There was one bit of damage – a piece of old shingle flew into a window screen and tore it in a couple of spots. When Rob arrived on site a short time later, he took the damaged screen away and returned it a few hours later, good as new. The work proceeded well and was completed in one day. The tarps were gathered up, areas around the house were swept to clear debris. The driveway and our neighour’s too were swept with a magnet to pick up any stray nails. All in all, we are very happy with the job, which we consider to be well done at a fair (and very competitive) price.”
