• We are able to work with your insurance company for fire and flood damage.
• We work with clients from all over the country that are interested in real estate in our local area. We will work with local realtors to find a property they may be interested in for a rental or investment property. We will go in and give the customer a general idea of the work that would need to be done immediately and the work that could be done in the future to increase the value of the property. We always advise our customers to have a final inspection prior to purchase.
• Maintenance management.  We will work with property owners who are present or otherwise to maintain their property to help protect their investment.
• Potential new home owners We will look at a possible property with you or for you. We can provide you with a written report on what we see that should be addressed ASAP and what could be addressed in the future with a quote of the possible cost you may incur. This can help in the negotiation of that property. We still recommend an inspection be done prior to purchase.
