Our Vision is to raise awareness of the value and need for professional coaching and counselling in Saskatoon and beyond. CEO Jodi Bryant is a Certified Executive Coach and Trainer and a Certified Counselling Supervisor with the Professional Association of Christian Counsellors and Psychotherapists (PACCP). She and her colleague, Josephine Rwankuba are both passionate about transforming every life that receive their exceptional services.

Jodi’s life story is one of breaking free and healing from the myriad of past emotional wounds from the impact of fear, trauma, rejection, neglect, shame, and anxiety that affected her wellbeing and crippled her health. Along with studying and ministering, she loves to lead worship. She wrote her first song in Grade 6. Her debut album, Reconciliation (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeWzFCzfbmRQhBwVwSxMN-w) has earned her royalties since 2000, with Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI), Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) and most recently with YouTube, CD Baby and its distributors. Its title debut song has had radio/TV airtime and was used in the March for Jesus in Washington, DC, and in one of the six Barak Obama’s inauguration prayer rallies of 2009. Her original songs of healing continue to be used throughout Canada, Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States. Jodi won the Incubator Records Singer/Songwriter international competition in Portland, OR. She is a member of Nashville Christian Songwriters.
In the past, Jodi successfully built a 6-figure income, earning multiple top personal and team national sales (in the top 1% of North America) and national recruiting (in the top 1% of North America) and achievement awards. She’s been president of a national woman’s organization, board member/chair of provincial not-for profit organizations, and a national senior business trainer for a well-known North American direct sales company.
Jodi continues to teach in the public system today and has taught most grade levels and diverse subjects, in over four school districts since 1991. Presently, she operates LifeChange Resources (lifechangeresources.ca), and is the Founder and Executive Director of Reconciliation Resources, (https://www.reconciliationresources.ca), a Saskatoon-based charity sharing Christ’s message of love, to the broken and hurting and those journeying through trauma, anxiety, the hardships of divorce, grief, addictions, and parenting/kinship issues within and outside the four walls of the Church.
Jodi has been married to her husband, Darryl, since 1990, and they have raised three “men-in-training”. They operate and live in a Mental Health Approved Home. and retired from teaching in the Saskatoon Public School Division December 2019. She and her husband Darryl are active church members and partners in mission with both Elim and The Neighbourhood Church in Saskatoon. In 2015 Jodi felt led by the Holy Spirit to take the faith step of formally beginning a new ministry to the broken and hurting of Saskatoon which they ultimately called Reconciliation Resources, which is registered as a charity (#859928483RR0001) under The Great Commission Foundation (https://gcfcanada.com/projects/reconciliation-resources).
Jodi also is volunteering on the board of Fruitful Vine Productions and helped initiate and write for Turning Point Therapy magazine. Restoring family values and encouraging the broken-hearted: bringing hope and joy to the younger generation.
Josephine Rwankuba is originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo and moved to Canada in 2000. Her background includes a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Institut Superieur de Commerce in Kinshasa, Congo, and she is currently completing a Master of Arts in clinical pastoral counselling this spring. Additionally, she is a Certified Personal Support Worker, rounding out her qualifications in counselling.
She has worked as a clinical manager for eight years and has had the opportunity to identify the missing links in healthcare, and she can be part of the solution. She is a partner at LifeChange Coaching, Counselling & Consulting Inc., bringing a wealth of experience and a diverse background to the company. Her journey with LifeChange began as a practicum under the supervision of Jodi Bryant. During these six months, Jodi recognized Josephine's potential and offered her the opportunity to become a partner in the company. Jodi's work as both a counsellor and a reverend has been a constant source of inspiration for her.
At LifeChange, she plays a pivotal role in counselling and facilitating a grief share group, one of the charitable organization's vital aspects. Her responsibilities extend beyond mental health, drawing from her extensive experience in women's leadership ministry. She leads sessions for both men and women in recovery from addiction, offering them guidance and support.
Josephine's presence brings diversity to the company, a crucial factor in serving the growing population of immigrants, particularly from Africa. She understands the need for a safe space for clients to share their issues and approaches this aspect with a well-thought-out strategy. She is uniquely positioned to cater to clients from various backgrounds, given her rich life experiences and multicultural background. Having lived in different countries before settling in Canada, she has been exposed to diverse cultures, fostering an appreciation for the richness of human diversity. Fluent in multiple languages, including French, English, Swahili, and Lingala, she can connect with clients from various linguistic backgrounds, further enhancing her ability to provide effective counselling.
Her passion is helping people thrive and achieve everything they desire, especially women. She was a board member of Elim Church and currently serves on the women's ministry team at Elim Church, where she facilitates women's Bible studies. She is the director of GEWI, a black women's organization that focuses on helping black girls and women thrive in Saskatchewan. Her involvement in a mentorship program run by Sisterhood YXE has exposed her to women's issues, and several powerful women have also mentored her. She founded Mushunguri Yetu, a charitable organization that helps children's education in Mushunguri village, Democratic Republic of Congo.
She co-authors the book "Courage, Change and Faith—Inspiring Narratives of Black Women Leaders," by 13 Black Women Leaders of Saskatchewan.
She lives in Saskatoon with her husband, three boys, a girl, and a daughter-in-law. She is a proud grandmother of two boys. She likes spending quality time with her family, babysitting her grandchildren, and taking long evening walks.
