We are seeking an exceptional person to join our Family Service team.
Administrative Assistant
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
2-3 years of clerical, administrative, or office experience.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely and through manner with attention to the smallest detail.
Proficient in multi-tasking and calm under pressure.
Experience in Publisher, Adobe and/or Photoshop.
Service team support with Government documents and agreement submissions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands and works well within a team environment.
This is a very eclectic and diverse position that will appeal to someone who likes being creative and can work on their own with limited supervision.
Evening and weekend work on occasion.
Primarily work location is St. Albert but also between all 3 locations once per week.
Reliable transportation a must
Hours are flexible
36 hours a week
