Zuma Lift Service Inc. is a rapidly growing entrepreneurial business based in Chilliwack, BC. Zuma has experienced unprecedented growth over the last five years, and plans are developing to scale the company to capture huge market potential. Zuma is seeking a Director of Sales to strategically drive revenue and scale their sales teams, as the company plans to open multiple branches across North America.

As Director of Sales, you will lead, coach, and develop Zuma’s sales teams, implement a structured sales operating system, and drive growth and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with new vendors as well as managing existing vendor relationships. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will need to have your finger on the pulse of all sales-related areas of Zuma’s operations.
