Customer Service Representative
The CSR/Dispatcher is a dynamic role as he/she provides effective communication between the Customer, the Technicians and the Office team. We use the analogy of a bicycle wheel, this person is in the center of the wheel and has to take the appropriate steps, speaking to whichever department necessary to get the job done.
Apprentice HVAC Technician
A Technician’s main responsibility is to restore comfort in our customers homes by installing, diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment. Including but not limited to: HRV, Electric Furnace, Heat Pumps etc. We educate our home owner/customer on the issues we see, present solutions and allow them to choose the resolution that best fits their needs.
Journeyman HVAC Technician
