Requirements
The school requires its teachers to have a:
- University degree
- Ontario Teacher’s Certification, or its equivalent
Priority is given to applicants with some Bible school/college training and to applicants with church or Christian camping experience.
The school is evangelical in theology and practice; however, it is not connected in any way to any one particular church or denomination. All teachers who consider themselves evangelical Christians, are active supporters of their local church, and feel they have evidenced growth in their personal lives to the degree of maturity necessary to have a spiritual ministry to children are encouraged to apply.
Salaries and benefits
Salaries are competitive with other private Christian schools in Ontario. Paid sick leave is provided, but the school is not a member of a pension plan nor is there a benefits package available at this time.
